My 2012 Goal

Anyways, I have only one major goal for 2012, and that is to at least double, preferably triple, my profits from 2011. I don’t think anyone can say that in any other profession really, so here’s a toast to that! What are your goals for the new year? If you’re just starting out affiliate marketing, focus on learning the ropes and getting information. Its not easy to learn affiliate marketing, so just know that whats out there isn’t necessarily the best way for you to make money. Always be thinking outside the box and take learning from your mistakes the best way to learn how to make money online. With that being said, I’m off to sleep….

Leading job sites like Indeed.com and Simply Hired pay bloggers and site owners to include targeted job listings on their sites. The more niche your blog, the better your opportunity for getting more job ads and more revenue.

Paid Surveys

You don’t have to have a blog to get paid for your opinion. There are many sites that will pay you to take surveys and give your feedback about companies, services, and personal preferences. Some popular sites include Vizu and Smorty.

E-Books

You can write a “book” of anywhere from 20 pages to hundreds of pages, either a non-fiction guide on a topic of interest or a fictional story. You can sell e-books through your own site or through online sellers like Amazon.

Product Sales

Are you crafty? Do you have a knack for re-selling? There are dozens of online marketplaces for what you have to sell. Amazon, eBay, and Overstock all offer sellers a place for their new or used goods. Etsy allows artists and crafters to sell their handmade wares. Or you can create your own site with a storefront and offer direct sales.

Drop Shipping

If you have a knack for sales but don’t have the product, you can try drop shipping. You sign up with a wholesaler to sell their products through your own site or catalog. You sell the product and the wholesaler ships it. You make the profit but don’t have to keep stock on hand or worry about shipping it.

If you are looking for ways to make money online, chances are that you have some sort of marketable skill, such as programming, Web design, writing, or illustration. If you have a decent camera and can take a picture that’s not blurry, you can make money. Every website and blog needs good images, and the stock of publicly licensed free images can be limiting. Take pictures of everyday objects and load them onto stock photography sites like iStock Photo. Web masters can then buy your photos for use on their sites.

Your success with any of these endeavors will, of course, depend in large part on your own persistence and skill. However, even absolute beginners can find some success with these common methods for making money online.

2. Spending more time time in one week or one month in order to create extra articles, videos and press releases can be very time consuming and a lot of work will need to be implemented in the creation of extra articles, video’s and press releases and you will still need to find time submitting the articles, video’s and press releases
3. There may be some problems with automating the process of article, video and press release submissions using software and submission services which means may not get submitted online
4. Telling people on your website, blog and social network your taking time off and won’t be back for a few weeks will lose the amount of traffic you receive to your website and you may end up with more work when you return back to work.

Also some of the marketing you can do for your website doesn’t have to be a daily process you can spend two days off then spend the next two days working hard at marketing your website. The problem occurs when you spend two weeks or a month not marketing your website that’s when you need to plan how your going to market your website.

For instance Social marketing, email marketing, forum marketing and so on can take about an hour a day or 1 to 2 days a week to do so even when your on holiday or working on your next product or service you can still market your website effectively without the need to hire someone to help you.

However article marketing, press releases and video marketing can take a while because you have to create the video’s, articles and press releases and although private label right articles and videos can help you there is still a problem with duplicate content so you will need to rewrite the article or change the video

In my opinion you have four options when it comes to taking time off to go on holiday or taking some time to work on your next product or service which are

1. Hire someone to do all the marketing for you while you take some time off
2. Hire someone to do the website updates, social networking, forum marketing and so on which will normally take you an hour a day or one day a week to do and Spend one month or one week working hard at creating articles, videos, press releases and so on and schedule some of the articles, press releases and videos for submission over the course of that month or week off by using a software or submission service
3. Spend one month or one week working hard at creating articles, videos, press releases and so on and schedule some of the articles, press releases and videos for submission over the course of that week or month off by using a software or submission service and spend one hour a day or one day a week marketing your website using social networking and forum marketing while you take some time off.
4. Spend one month or one week working hard at creating articles, videos, press releases and so on and schedule some of the articles, press releases and videos for submission over the course of that week or month off by using a software or submission service and mention on your website, blog, social network page and so on that your taking time off and you won’t be back for a few weeks

Conclusion

One way or the other you will need to decide whether you want to spend either time or money in order to market your website. I personally feel that you can spend your time doing all these activities and still take some time off

However if you have a bit of money to spend then hiring someone can help you out even when you don’t want to take time off as doing all of these tasks on your own can be hard so getting someone to help you market your website maybe more beneficial for you and your marketing campaign.

What Is Ad:Tech?

For all of you that don’t know what Ad:Tech is or never heard of it, it pretty much is a big advertising/affiliate convention where tons of companies, networks, and like minded individuals come and meet.
